Team Rage is a mythic midcore raid team, focused on end game content but within a relaxed environment. Lead by our CE Raid Team Leader and Officers of Team Meta. Our guild philosophy is to run lean rosters that support and work together. Our CE team, Team Meta does not have a bench, as we feel benches are counter productive to a players growth. Meta looks to Rage when there are attendance or performance issues, or a spot becomes available. In return a number of Meta members keep ALTS available to fill any absences on Team Rage - we do this to ensure our raiders have as much raid time as possible. At the end of the season anyone who has acted as an Alternate for Team Meta will be brought in for reclears if Team Rage has not gotten the kill, but the goal is to get the kills first and foremost.

• 95%+ Raid Attendance
• Maximum character power - M+, gear grinds, class research
• Fully prepped for each boss before we get to the boss
• Maintain a progression focused mindset and understand that we're accountable to each other - feedback is important and is to be expected

Rage Against the Meta is a two raid team CE weekend raiding guild. Our mission is to create a competitive and fun atmosphere and clear content effectively and efficiently on a more casual schedule. We foster a community of driven, ambitious individuals, consisting of veterans and new players, who value dedication, integrity, drive, respect, and teamwork. Together we have the desire and the motivation to continuously achieve increasingly difficult goals.

Progression is our main focus, primarily Raiding & M+, but we do have a few sadists who love PVP. When not raiding, we strive to maintain activity through M+ keys, seasonal M+ Push competitions, a Keymaster Club, and an active discord community.

Our passionate and talented members continue to be the driving force behind our success and we are always looking for new ways to grow and evolve as a team!

We seek individuals who work hard to maintain high performance, can commit to a schedule, and believe that good preparation and constant iteration are key to success.
