Surely is a new guild formed in Season 4 of Dragonflight. We are a 2 day mythic raiding guild with the goal of pushing the highest content in the game. We are composed of high end key pushers and former top hall of fame players. We plan to hit the ground running and perform well into TWW. We are looking for committed players who share our goal. We have an active group of players and friends who are always on and down to push keys or PvP and play other games with everyone. We are just a group of friends that push keys and all have high end mythic raid experience. We're chill and like to have fun but still are able to perform and play well when it is time. Focus is to have fun with the boys but still achieve the goal.

Raid Schedule: Wednesday 9:30pm-12:30am est Thursday 9:30pm-12:30am est Communicate in advance if you are away.

What we expect: Be on time Know the boss, mechanics, and strategies Personal Responsibility Solo play is important and individual performance is crucial but be able to play in a team setting Communication (If you have an idea that may be better than what were doing, say it) Open to give and receive constructive feedback(ask for help if you need it) Desire to improve and push for our goals Do keys and gear your character

Loot: As far as loot is concerned, it will be fair. None of the favoritism nonsense. It will go to the best player with the highest dps increase decided by a loot council. Will be very transparent.
