Who we are

Move Left's Journey began with a humbling experience in Vault of the Incarnates. We faced the challenges that plague new guilds and forged the bonds that define us today. Through perseverance and a strong commitment to improvement, we evolved into a formidable guild able to achieve cutting edge in our second and third tiers respectively. Our growth is a testament to the dedication of our team and our collective drive to do and be more than what we we're yesterday. Move left at its core is a competitive guild with high aspirations but more than anything we cherish teamwork, inclusivity, and the thrill of overcoming adversity together. Join us as we continue to push our limits and write the next chapters of our mythic raiding journey.

Goals/What We’re Looking For

At Move Left, our mindset anytime we make our lock summon all 19 of us to raid is to improve, individually and as a guild. At our core we put improvement first and are of the mind that progress will happen as a consequence. We are driven by a passion for pushing our limits, striving to clear content faster and climb the ranks with each passing tier. We put a large amount of our focus into efficiency and strategy outside of raid so that when raid time comes we're able to focus on adaptability, improvement, and communication to power through cutting edge on a 2 day schedule and increase our overall rank.

Expectations

At Move Left, we hold our recruits to high standards to ensure our raiding environment remains focused, efficient, and successful. We are looking for players who embody our core values of dedication, expertise, preparation, communication, and continuous improvement. Here’s what we expect from our recruits:

1. High Attendance and Punctuality: Consistency is key. We expect recruits to attend raids regularly and arrive on time. In cases of unavoidable lateness or absence, timely notification is crucial to maintain team cohesion and planning.

2. Expertise in Chosen Spec/Class: Mastery of your chosen specialization and class is essential. Understanding optimal rotations, cooldown management, and positioning is expected to maximize your effectiveness in raids.

3. Preparedness: Come ready to conquer. Recruits should research and familiarize themselves with the strategies and mechanics of upcoming raid encounters. Bringing appropriate consumables, gear, and a positive attitude demonstrates readiness and commitment.

4. Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication enhances our raid’s efficiency and success. Recruits should actively engage in discussions, provide input when needed, and communicate important information such as cooldown usage or positional adjustments.

5. Motivation to Improve and Perform: Strive for excellence. We seek recruits who are driven to continuously improve their skills, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to our collective progression. Your dedication to personal and team performance is paramount.
