Second Wind is a multi-team guild with a difference. We do not cannibalise one team to serve the needs of another nor do we dump people on a "lesser" team if their class is not flavour of the month, and there is no progression from an entry team to a main team. We have multiple teams because it means our raiders are surrounded by a larger community of like minded people so we have easier access to people for activities outside of raiding. Our teams work together and cheer each other on no matter how our progress compares.

We understand people have real lives and will miss a raid every now and again, and that's fine with us. We have no formal attendance or alt requirements however it goes without saying that more reliable and flexible raiders will be preferred for progress.

We don't recruit for the bench but we do expect raiders to be able to accept being on standby if they/their class is less suited to progression than someone else.

We also don't raid long hours so world rank is not something we strive for, we do have a target but we're not going to compete with guilds that raid longer hours..
