We keep it Smile Style here, just a bunch of friends we've met in-game or IRL over the years. First and foremost an AotC guild that tends to eventually dip our toes into Mythic when we have the 20 players on hand who want to do it. In addition to raiding, we try and have multiple M+ teams set up for folks to get KSM every patch, and a bunch of non-current themed nights like achievement runs and custom events when the content gets stale.
