NOTE: We are currently running a cross server raid team, so warcraft logs will not show the teammates that commit to our raid team. We do not expect you to transfer or change faction, just that you simply show up on time and do not save yourself to other locks outs.

--------- About Us --------- The foundations of the guild were established towards the end of Cataclysm. The guild was formed by a few members that came over from a underpopulated server over 10 years ago in search of a larger player base to run content with. Many of the core players of the guild have been playing together since before WoD, and many of us have been playing since Vanilla.

Since the start we have primarily been a progression raiding guild and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. We consider ourselves to be a semi-hardcore raiding guild, since we only raid 2 days a week for a total of 6 hours. Our raid environment is relatively laid-back and enjoy joking around with one another, but when it comes to progression/bosses the environment becomes more serious. Raiding aside we do run M+, occasional PvP, and older content on off nights to spice things up a bit.

As a side note, our guild over the years has participated in various events including Blizzcon, Vegas trips, and other social events. When it comes real life outside of wow we are very open, meaning real life events or emergencies should take priority over any game and we understand that, we only ask that you give us a heads up if something where to happen so we can plan accordingly for raids specifically. Also many of our players/raiders play other games not just WoW although it does take priority.

-------------- Basic Guild Rules ----------------

1. Don't Start Drama in Guild

• Intentionally starting, continuing OR escalating arguments; direct personal insults or attacks; excessively trolling guildies for reactions. Consider this the one and only warning drama causers are likely to get. Violators WILL be kicked. Quickly. This is our Number 1 rule for a reason.

2. Don't Start Drama OUTSIDE the Guild

• If you have our name under yours, you represent us. Don't troll or feed trolls, be helpful if you can, or at least considerate and respectful. Try to avoid bailing on groups or disrupting others' play if you can.

3. Don't be a Jerk

Honestly, as far as General membership in the guild goes, that's it! We're pretty easy to get along with as long as you're moderately respectful.

-------- Schedule and Raiding Times --------

-We raid Current Normal , Heroic, and Mythic content 2 nights a week (Wed and Thu 7:00-10:00pm cst)

---------- Raiding Requirements ---------------

-All players must know how to play their class to an above proficient level.

-Have proper gems and enchants for your class and spec.

-Have knowledge of the bosses in the current tier and be willing to learn, change or adapt to the encounters as needed.

-Be willing to take constructive criticism

-Required addons/voice chat: Discord, DBM or Bigwigs, GTFO, MRT and Weak Auras

-Be Reliable! Showing up and playing your part is vital to continued progression. Remember if you do not show up (specifically for Mythic) there are other players on the team that you are letting down. If for whatever reason you cannot make a raid day please give us a heads up as soon as you can.

--------- Loot ---------

-With the change a few expansions back from Master Loot to Personal loot, we are not currently running a specific loot system. However we do want/require all of our raiders to be honorable about loot. If this ever becomes an issue or causes drama we will resort to running a Loot Council system.
